How can I get in touch with Oh! Baby Lola?

How can I return or exchange my merchandise?

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the order date.

You will have a legal period of 7 days as from the order date to indicate your intention of returning the product and the reason thereof. Please contact us at info@ohbabylola.com and we will let you know how to proceed.

If you wish to exchange the product for a different size or item, a courier will be sent to your home address (or to any other place indicated) to collect and replace it. In that case, Oh! Baby Lola will meet the transportation costs.

Which items can be returned?

All products purchased at Oh! Baby Lola can be returned, except those otherwise indicated. Those returned products must be undamaged, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. They must not have been used or damaged, even minimal, and they must be in perfect state of cleanliness. Any damaged or incomplete product, or whose packaging is damaged will not be returned or reimbursed.

How long will my order take to arrive?

The deadline for delivery in Spain is between 2 and 3 working days. For deadlines and shipping costs in a given country, please contact us at info@ohbabylola.com.

What happens if I am not at home at the time for delivery?

All our shipments are made through Nacex. If, upon delivery, you are not in the provided address or there is nobody to acknowledge receipt, the courier company will try again later. In other cases, Nacex will request a contact telephone number in order to arrange a time for delivery.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated depending on the address for delivery, weight and total volume of items ordered, trying to offer the best prices. In every order we show the exact amount of costs that you will have to pay once you have indicated an address for delivery and chosen the mode of transport, and always before confirming your order.
